Dick Morris, the pollster who was President Bill Clinton's chief political strategist before a sex scandal forced him to quit during the 1996 Democratic National Convention, is one of the biggest tax scofflaws in Connecticut, according to state officials.
The Redding resident, now a commentator for the Fox News Channel and a columnist for the New York Post and the Washington, D.C., weekly, The Hill, owes $257,624 in state income taxes and is ranked sixth on the state Department of Revenue Services' roster of "Top 100 Delinquent Taxpayer Accounts." And to think, today, of all days, I choose to bash Morris. He's not just an idiot, he's not just an adulterer, he's also a white-collar criminal!
